I don't speak from theory… I speak from real experience. I am a Healthcare Business Consultant, a business owner, and a builder but my story didn't start in a boardroom… it started in a hospital.
I was born into healthcare. Growing up in a hospital environment exposed me early to the realities, the gaps, and the opportunities within this industry and that experience shaped my purpose.
Today, more than 3 decades later, I've built, licensed, and scaled healthcare businesses from the ground up. I've navigated compliance, recruited the right teams, balanced budgets, crafted marketing, and delivered training ensuring care that is not only operational but credible, compliant, and built to endure.
I didn't just climb a ladder i rewired it. I walked away from a six figure 9 to 5 not because it was easy, but because I was answering a bigger call. My impact wouldn't be contained to one organization I'm on a mission to support multiple healthcare practices at once, helping more people build, grow, and sustain businesses that truly serve their communities.
Today, I am on a mission to support multiple healthcare practices at a time. I am the Lead Consultant at Tjane Health Consulting, and I own five thriving businesses including a successful healthcare training center developing the next generation of professionals.
